The official mobile application of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública is designed for mobile devices and is aimed at all users of public healthcare in the Comunitat Valenciana. This app allows users to request, consult, and cancel primary care medical appointments, check upcoming specialized care visits, view prescribed medication treatments along with the current and past dispensation records, generate and download primary care attendance certificates, and access the Digital COVID Certificate in any of its variants. It also provides access to the Electronic Health Record of the Comunitat Valenciana, helps locate healthcare resources, and allows users to update their contact information in SIP. All features are available in both official languages of the Comunitat.

Access to the app can be done through three possible authentication methods: entering the SIP number, date of birth, and card issuance date, confirming by receiving a validation code via SMS to the registered mobile phone number, or by using Cl@ve. The app allows storing access credentials for multiple users for future use and offers a security system based on either biometric data or password protection.

The Conselleria de Sanidad Universal y Salud Pública is responsible for providing the information displayed in the application. The Conselleria also guarantees that personal information will be stored and used securely for the necessary time period solely to provide the aforementioned personalized services.
